Job Summary

As an Electrical Master or Technician specializing in Secondary Systems, you will play a pivotal role in Germany's energy transition by ensuring the stability of the power supply for over 18 million people. Operating within the Berlin and Brandenburg regions, your daily responsibilities will involve planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance and investment projects for high-voltage substations. You will be tasked with the complex parameterization of protection and control technology, evaluating maintenance results, and analyzing system data in the event of faults. This position offers a unique blend of field-based technical execution and office-based project management, including conducting functional tests and commissioning. The role is particularly attractive due to its high level of flexibility, offering a 37-hour work week, mobile working options, and an unlimited number of sliding days off, all while contributing to a future-oriented energy environment.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a similar field; alternatively, an Electrical Master (Meister) or Technician qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in secondary systems and high-voltage grid operations

  • Experience in parameterizing protection and control equipment
