Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer specializing in Transformer Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and technical principles for power transformers across substations, offshore facilities, and DC plants. Amidst the transition to renewable energy and new DC technologies, you will develop clear asset strategies, technical specifications, and maintenance frameworks. You will act as a key expert supporting partner departments throughout the entire lifecycle of the assets—from planning and procurement to construction and operation. Beyond internal strategy, you will represent the company's interests in national and international committees to evolve industry standards. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys technical depth and wants to influence the future of high-voltage power systems. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
