Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive management and technical application of measuring equipment within a manufacturing environment. As a Measuring Equipment Management Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting production-related inspections to ensure product quality using a variety of laboratory measurement methods, including 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM), conturographs, and measuring microscopes. Beyond technical measurement, you will perform metallographic examinations, create cross-sectional samples, and conduct roughness measurements for surface evaluation. A significant portion of the role focuses on the administrative side of quality assurance, utilizing SAP for the management, release, blocking, and repair of testing equipment. You will also be responsible for conducting measurement system analysis (MSA) and statistical process control (SPC) to monitor production processes.
