Metrology Technician | Messtechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

As a Metrology Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision of stamped and plastic parts, as well as test gauges. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing measurement strategies and clamping concepts, as well as creating both tactile and optical measurement programs for series production and project phases. You will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and profile projectors, performing detailed analysis and documentation of measurement results. Additionally, you will coordinate test equipment management, including monitoring and calibration, and conduct capability studies. This role offers a unique opportunity to act as a subject matter expert by training factory workers on metrological topics and supporting complaint management and process optimization.
