Job Summary

This role at the Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety (LGL) focuses on the chemical-physical analysis of food products to ensure consumer protection and public health. Working within a team of over 30 professionals in Oberschleißheim, you will be responsible for the entire analytical process, from sample preparation and wet-chemical analysis to data evaluation and entry into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Beyond routine testing, you will maintain and calibrate advanced laboratory equipment, including elemental analyzers and lab robots, while ensuring strict compliance with quality assurance standards like DIN EN ISO 17025. This position is ideal for detail-oriented technicians who enjoy a blend of hands-on laboratory work and digital documentation. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Agricultural Technical Assistant (ATA), Physics Technical Assistant (PhyTA), Pharmacy Technical Assistant (PTA), or as a Laboratory Assistant with a focus on chemical analysis.

Experience
