As an IT Cloud Systems Specialist for the Consumer Advice Center NRW in Düsseldorf, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's digital infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities involve the conception, maintenance, and migration of IT systems within Microsoft Azure and OpenStack-based private cloud environments. You will be tasked with planning IT structures, modeling workflows using BPMN, and conducting target-performance analyses for business processes. Beyond administration, you will support IT teams in project implementation, define interfaces, and work toward homogenizing the software landscape by establishing cross-team IT standards.
