Job Summary

This role involves training and mentoring apprentices in the field of IT Systems Integration at the Bundeswehr training workshop in Weener. You will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical instruction, guiding students in the use of specialized tools, measuring devices, and network equipment. Your day-to-day tasks include overseeing project-based learning phases, evaluating student performance, and preparing apprentices for their final examinations. Beyond teaching, you will maintain and develop the IT training infrastructure and contribute to the design of the curriculum. This position is particularly attractive as it offers a permanent public service contract (TVöD E 9a) with an additional monthly training allowance and the stability of working for a major federal employer.
