As the IT Group Leader for regiobus Potsdam Mittelmark GmbH, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of the IT department within one of Brandenburg's largest regional bus companies. Your daily activities will involve managing IT projects, such as new software rollouts, and ensuring the continuous development and security of critical systems including telecommunications, ticketing, and passenger information systems. You will play a pivotal role in drafting security concepts aligned with NIS-2 and ISO27001 standards. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in the field of IT; qualification as an Information Security Officer (ISO) is preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT leadership and personnel management

- Proven experience in implementing cybersecurity measures (NIS-2, GDPR, Cyber-attack protection)
- Experience in managing Microsoft-based client and server environments
- Experience in process management specifically within the public transport (ÖPNV) sector
- Experience in managing software licensing and AI-related projects
