Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor's or Diploma) in IT, or equivalent qualification such as completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) with relevant practical experience.

Experience

  • Initial practical experience in database administration required
  • Professional experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving errors in Oracle databases
  • Experience working with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting
  • Preferred experience operating high-availability databases on Engineered Systems or EXADATA
  • Preferred experience with automation tools such as Ansible and GitLab
  • Experience in project work and technical documentation is desirable
