Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Technician in Berlin, you will serve as the primary on-site technical contact for the Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Forces), ensuring the stability and efficiency of one of Germany's most complex IT infrastructures. Your daily responsibilities include resolving incidents and service requests across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments, while maintaining meticulous documentation in ticketing systems. You will handle physical hardware deployments, including the installation of printers and monitors, and participate in infrastructure expansion projects. This role is unique for its contribution to national security and the opportunity to work with high-level partners like Cisco and Microsoft. After an initial onboarding phase, you will join a quarterly on-call rotation to handle critical incidents.
