Job Summary
As a Senior Trainer for Radio Monitoring Systems, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex technical products and customer proficiency. Your primary responsibility involves the end-to-end preparation and delivery of customer training programs, including the development of course materials, presentations, and organizational logistics. Beyond instruction, you will provide technical coordination for a small team, planning and monitoring work packages while collaborating closely with project management and development departments. This role is highly interactive, requiring engagement with international clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer regarding product applications. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in the detection, analysis, and interpretation of radio signals, ideally within a military context
- Advanced knowledge in COMINT (acquisition/evaluation of radio signals) and SIGINT (sensor data fusion/situation imaging)
- Experience in instructional design, didactics, or basic teaching and knowledge transfer methods
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring work packages for small teams
- Proven experience communicating with internal and external international stakeholders
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30-40% per year). German language skills at level B2+ are a mandatory prerequisite for the project.
