Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive planning, coordination, and supervision of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) projects from initial conception through to final completion. As a technician, you will take full responsibility for technical implementation, ensuring strict cost control and adherence to project schedules. Your day-to-day will include monitoring construction execution, coordinating various trades and external project partners, and leading internal meetings and client negotiations. Beyond technical oversight, you will be expected to lead and motivate your project team to ensure high-quality delivery.
