Job Summary

As the Head of HSE Management, you will serve as a critical advisor to plant management, overseeing all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental protection. Your daily responsibilities include inspecting operational facilities and technical equipment—particularly before commissioning—to ensure safety compliance. You will be responsible for developing and delivering HSE training programs, conducting rigorous audits, and reporting findings to both internal management and external regulatory authorities. A key part of this role involves identifying and mitigating environmental and safety risks while actively fostering a robust safety culture across the organization. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Environmental Management, Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a comparable qualification; ideally certified as a Safety Specialist (SIFA) or willingness to undergo training.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in supporting plant management regarding occupational health and safety
