This role involves managing the procurement and tendering process for civil engineering, earthworks, and outdoor facilities within the Berlin-Brandenburg region. As a Technical Buyer, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive tender documents, clarifying technical specifications, and evaluating incoming bids to steer the awarding process. A significant portion of the day-to-day work involves calculating material quantities based on site plans and expert reports, as well as developing earthwork concepts. You will also be tasked with maintaining and expanding a reliable network of subcontractors.
