This role seeks a Technical Buyer to manage the procurement process for civil engineering services, including earthworks, deep foundation, and external facilities, based in Neumarkt. Day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing tender documents, clarifying technical issues, evaluating bids, and steering the entire award process. The buyer will also support the development of earthwork concepts and determine quantities based on plans and specifications to form the basis for procurement.
