As an IT Support Specialist for the City of Kirchhain, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting and solution support for approximately 220 municipal employees. Your daily responsibilities include the setup and management of IT hardware such as PCs, notebooks, printers, and scanners, alongside the administration of digital communication tools and mobile devices. You will play a vital role in documenting system processes and ensuring data protection across various administrative departments. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as an IT Specialist for System Integration or in a comparable technical role
- Practical experience in Active Directory Domain Services and IPv4 networking
- Experience in managing and maintaining workplace IT hardware and peripherals
- Experience with municipal software applications is preferred
- Proven track record in providing first-level technical support and troubleshooting
