Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the planning and introduction of new or modified products into production across multiple locations in North Rhine-Westphalia. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met regarding deadlines, costs, quality, and process reliability. Key tasks include defining project requirements, detailed planning of the product launch process—including prototype and pre-series planning—and managing materialization and production phases. Additionally, you will handle project controlling, create production documentation, conduct training, and optimize work plans. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys a structured, analytical working style and possesses strong communication skills.
