Job Summary

Hydrotechnik GmbH is seeking an ERP Manager to serve as a strategic enabler for efficiency and growth. In this role, you will move beyond traditional administration to actively shape the company's digital backbone. Your daily responsibilities include managing the ERP system's performance, administering user roles, and providing 2nd-level support. You will act as a bridge between IT and business departments—such as Sales, Production, and Finance—to identify process inefficiencies and implement digital solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with external software partners on system updates, data migrations, and integration projects. Required Skills

Education

  • Strong understanding of business processes such as purchasing, sales, production, logistics, or finance
  • Experience in identifying and improving inefficient manual workflows or business processes
  • Experience in collaborating with external IT service providers and software partners
  • Experience in creating system documentation and user manuals
