Job Summary
As a Test Engineer in the Analytical Laboratories department, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the global energy transition. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating, planning, and executing type tests, release tests, and contact aging tests both in-house and with external partners. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing new testing methods and fixtures in accordance with international standards, while also evaluating test results and producing comprehensive technical documentation. This role serves as a technical point of contact for laboratory staff regarding complex engineering queries. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a similar field.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in product development, laboratory environments, or test fields
- Experience in the use of electrical and mechanical measuring devices
- Practical experience in data collection, analysis, and evaluation
- Knowledge of current testing technology and heating/thermal tests is advantageous
- Proven understanding of technical and physical relationships
