As a Shift Coordinator for the Reuter/Reuter West power plant group, you will play a vital role in Berlin's energy transition from fossil fuels to climate-neutral heating. Your daily responsibilities involve ensuring safe and compliant plant operations by managing shift schedules, coordinating vacation planning, and developing training programs in collaboration with shift leaders. You will act as a key interface for maintenance periods, supporting the planning of plant shutdowns, commissioning repaired equipment, and assisting project partners with trial runs. Required Skills

Education

Completed specialist degree (University/University of Applied Sciences) in a relevant field, or a comparable qualification, or completed training as a Power Plant Master (Kraftwerksmeister).

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience required
  • Professional and operational experience in power plant operations is preferred
  • Experience in shift work environments and personnel coordination
  • Experience in organizing plant commissioning and maintenance schedules
