Job Summary

As a Service Technician based in Hannover, you will be responsible for the operational readiness of critical fire safety infrastructure. Your daily activities involve the maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of water-based fire suppression and fire alarm systems. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a consultant for existing customers regarding service offerings and participate in a rotational on-call service. This role is ideal for qualified electricians or electronics technicians who enjoy working independently and traveling within a designated region. The position offers a high degree of autonomy, starting your workday directly from home in a fully equipped service vehicle. You will benefit from a 35-hour work week, 30 days of vacation, and an extensive 10-week onboarding program designed to integrate you into their international corporate environment while maintaining a collegial team atmosphere.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electrical Installer, Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, or Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a technical field, preferably within stationary fire protection or water/gas extinguishing systems
  • Practical experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical or electronic building technologies
  • Experience working independently in a service-oriented customer environment
