Day-to-day responsibilities include processing fault reports and minor orders, managing scheduling follow-ups, preparing billing documentation, creating job papers for service technicians, and handling invoicing and supplier invoices. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical education in Electrical Engineering or a commercial background (e.g., Industrial or Office Clerk) and is proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
