Job Summary

As an Onsite Support Technician in Wörth am Rhein, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and customer service for a variety of IT hardware and mobile devices. Your daily tasks will involve the configuration and handling of iPhones and iPads, as well as performing IMAC/MAC-D services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) for client systems and peripherals. You will be tasked with the installation and imaging of PCs, notebooks, and mobile data terminals, alongside providing break-fix support and resolving incident tickets. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in iPhone and iPad configuration and handling

  • Experience in break-fix support and ticket processing
