As the Head of IT Project Management, you will join the Sales & Service organization of Dräger Medical Germany, leading a team of 15 project specialists and managers focused on IT environments and Intermediate Care Management (ICM). Your daily responsibilities include steering the IT project management strategy in alignment with hospital-wide goals, conducting market and competitor trend analyses, and overseeing budget planning and performance forecasts. You will play a pivotal role in disciplinary and functional leadership, ensuring high-quality service delivery and the continuous optimization of internal processes and standards.
