Job Summary

The Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV) Berlin-Brandenburg is seeking a Team Lead to manage the Control Team within the Audit Services department. Your day-to-day tasks involve strategic planning of employer audit quotas, monitoring team workloads through performance statistics, and coordinating annual audit communication campaigns. You will act as a central point of contact for jurisdiction issues between pension insurance providers and handle complex correspondence with employers, health insurance funds, and insolvency practitioners regarding social security and contribution law.
