Job Summary

As a Biotechnology Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of protein-based analyses, specifically ligand binding assays using ECL technology, within the framework of clinical and toxicological studies. This role involves the continuous development and implementation of new analytical methods and automation solutions into existing laboratory systems. You will play a key role in troubleshooting assays and solving complex issues related to PK, immunogenicity, and biomarker assays. Beyond technical execution, you will share responsibility for organizing laboratory workflows, managing equipment, and ensuring capacity planning. A critical component of this position is maintaining compliance with GLP and GCP standards, including the preparation of SOPs, test plans, and reports. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the quantitative or qualitative measurement of proteins in biological samples such as serum
  • Practical experience with laboratory automation and bioanalytical software systems
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex assay problems and developing technical solutions
  • Experience working within regulated environments following GLP and GCP guidelines
