Job Summary

This role focuses on the comprehensive management of stability projects within a pharmaceutical or chemical laboratory environment. As a key member of the Quality Control team, you will be responsible for organizing stability studies from initiation to completion, which includes the physical storage, management, and timely provision of samples. You will monitor ongoing testing programs, maintain critical project data in electronic systems, and ensure all documentation strictly adheres to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Beyond routine sample management, you will support internal audits and collaborate closely with laboratory staff and project managers to optimize workflows. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys structured digital work and wants to contribute to quality assurance in a highly regulated environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Chemical Laboratory Technician, or Biological Laboratory Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment or quality control laboratory
  • Experience in organizing and monitoring stability projects and testing programs
  • Proven track record in documentation and tracking of quality-relevant steps
  • Experience working with electronic data systems and digital laboratory management tools
