Job Summary

This role involves providing on-site technical support for a well-established IT system house in Berlin. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware, including notebooks, PCs, servers, storage systems, and printers. Your daily tasks include performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), participating in large-scale hardware rollouts and migration projects, and setting up video conferencing systems. You will also provide direct support and training to end-users on-site. The position is ideal for both experienced professionals and career starters, offering a stable environment with regular working hours and flat hierarchies. Initially starting through labor leasing, there is a strong option for permanent takeover by the client.
