This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level technical support for medium to large-scale enterprises, focusing on Cisco-based ITK solutions. As part of an expert engineering team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to collaboration, network security, and data centers. Your daily tasks include analyzing errors, resolving faults via remote access or on-site, and documenting processes within a ticketing system. You will work closely with specialized IT departments and manage the transition of complex issues to 3rd level support. The position offers a high degree of creative freedom through short decision-making paths and a flat hierarchy. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), IT Systems Clerk, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the IT environment, specifically in IT support, user helpdesk, or service desk roles.
  • Practical experience in the installation and administration of client operating systems.
  • Proven experience working with Cisco environments including Unified Communications, LAN, and WLAN.
  • Experience in handling and documenting technical incidents within ticketing systems.
