Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of 12 specialists within the Environmental Service department for the Pinneberg district, the most populous district in Schleswig-Holstein. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for the sustainable management and protection of surface waters, ensuring their long-term health for future use. Your daily activities will include personnel management, coordinating work assignments, and overseeing technical and administrative tasks. A key focus of this position is the modernization of the department through the development of digital processes and internal controlling systems. You will act as a central point of contact for various stakeholders, including municipal authorities, water associations, and industrial partners.
