Job Summary

As a Legal Process Officer for the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), you will be responsible for managing legal proceedings and representing the agency in court cases related to asylum and residence law. Your daily tasks include processing incoming lawsuits, drafting legal briefs, and making remedial decisions in coordination with relevant departments. You will also file motions and issue procedural declarations such as individual statements of defense and evidentiary motions. A key aspect of this role is the regular representation of the Federal Office during court hearings.
