Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician in a floating support capacity for the Cologne metropolitan area, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical support of workplace hardware and software. Your daily tasks include repairing desktops, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones, as well as installing and configuring printers and mobile scanners. You will provide both remote and on-site support to users, resolving incidents and service requests via the BPoS ticket system. A significant part of the role involves the installation of operating systems and software, alongside maintaining detailed technical documentation of all processes.
