Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Engineer in Kassel, you will play a critical role in maintaining the digital infrastructure for a global IT services provider. Your daily responsibilities include the installation and lifecycle management of hardware and software within client environments, as well as performing hands-on troubleshooting for networks, communication systems, and hardware failures. You will act as the primary point of contact for users, providing both First and Second Level Support directly on-site. Beyond technical fixes, you will be responsible for documenting technical processes, maintaining inventory data, and administering client environments.
