As an IT System Administrator for a leading German furniture manufacturer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving the digital infrastructure of a company with over 30 years of history. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing a modern IT landscape, including Hyper-V infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environments (Intune, Entra, Exchange Online). You will ensure operational stability through proactive network maintenance, patch management, and system monitoring, while providing essential technical support to on-site employees. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented professional who enjoys autonomy and wants to see the direct impact of their work. The position offers the stability of a medium-sized enterprise with the dynamic feel of an international player, featuring flat hierarchies and a commitment to 'Made in Germany' quality. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a degree in Computer Science.
Experience
- Professional experience in system administration or a comparable technical role
- Experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments and virtualization technologies
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
- Experience in documenting IT systems and managing hardware lifecycles
