This role involves overseeing the electrical operational management for the Institute for Federal Real Estate (BImA) in Ahrensfelde. As an Electrical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of both internal and external electrical staff, ensuring the proper maintenance and documentation of electrical systems across a diverse portfolio of federal properties, including ministries and research facilities. You will act as a subordinate responsible electrical specialist (nvEFK), overseeing occupational safety and coordinating procurement processes for maintenance services.
