Job Summary

As an IT Systems Administrator in Erding, you will join a company specializing in high-quality hydraulic drive and control technologies. Your daily responsibilities will center on providing comprehensive 1st level support, acting as the primary point of contact for IT queries, and managing user requests via an internal ticketing system. You will be deeply involved in the administration of Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook and Teams, as well as managing mobile devices through MDM systems. A critical part of the role involves overseeing the entire backup process using Veeam Backup & Replication and maintaining the company's IT equipment. This position is ideal for a customer-oriented professional who enjoys collaborative problem-solving alongside 2nd level support experts.
