Job Summary

As an HR Support Specialist at Zucchetti Germany GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in managing workforce management software projects within the DACH region. Based in Saarbrücken, your day-to-day responsibilities involve serving as the primary support contact for clients across diverse sectors such as retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. You will coordinate and resolve support requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and Consultant teams for complex queries, and provide remote training and documentation. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT vocational training (IT-Ausbildung) or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a support employee or application consultant specifically in the field of time management/time tracking systems
  • Practical experience working with SQL databases and web-based applications
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and processing support inquiries independently
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Pre-Sales and Consulting
