Job Summary

This Implementation Specialist role focuses on the installation, configuration, and customization of the successful TCPOS software solution, which is a benchmark system for the catering, hospitality, and system gastronomy sectors. Day-to-day duties involve testing and installing POS hardware and peripherals, preparing and deploying TCPOS applications within customer IT infrastructures, and configuring the software to meet specific client requirements. The specialist is also responsible for providing initial user training, conducting workshops, and maintaining user manuals and knowledge databases. The ideal candidate holds an IT degree or relevant vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist), coupled with professional experience in technical support or managing complex applications. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies is required, and experience with SQL and Oracle databases is highly desirable.
