Job Summary

As an NDT Inspector at MT Aerospace, you will play a critical role in the quality assurance of aerospace components for international launcher programs like Ariane and the Space Launch System. Based in Augsburg, your daily responsibilities include setting up X-ray systems, executing and monitoring automated X-ray programs, and performing detailed digital X-ray evaluations and data backups. This role is essential for ensuring the structural integrity of high-performance metal and fiber composite products. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training (e.g., as a Materials Tester or equivalent technical field).

Experience

  • Professional experience in non-destructive material testing
  • Mandatory certification as NDT Inspector RTNF Level 2 (Digital Radiography) according to DIN EN 4179 or DIN EN ISO 9712
  • Experience in automated testing processes is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using specialized X-ray evaluation software and ERP systems (SAP)
