Job Summary

This role is a unique opportunity for a Research Associate or Doctoral Candidate to join a collaborative project focused on understanding the role of manure as a source of antimicrobial resistance. The successful candidate will conduct extensive bacteriological and molecular biological analyses of microbial communities in animal manure, support laboratory experiments, and perform bioinformatic analyses of large-scale genomic and metagenomic sequence data. This position is part of the Leibniz Research Alliance "INFECTIONS" and emphasizes interdisciplinary cooperation, including scientific supervision of guest researchers and visits to partner institutions.
