Job Summary

As a SIGINT Specialist, you will spearhead the development and implementation of a legally compliant, validated demonstrator for passive localization of high-frequency (HF) sources. Your daily responsibilities involve utilizing Software Defined Radio (SDR) and multi-antenna setups for signal acquisition and evaluation. Initially focused on a single UAV platform, the role expands to managing cooperative drone swarms, requiring the establishment of robust HF data acquisition and precise time/phase synchronization across distributed sensor units. You will be responsible for developing fusion and localization algorithms, integrating real-time telemetry interfaces, and documenting rigorous test procedures. This position is ideal for technical experts who enjoy bridging the gap between embedded software development and complex radio frequency engineering. Working for an established engineering service provider like Brunel offers the unique advantage of cross-industry development opportunities, flat hierarchies, and a comprehensive benefits package including 30 days of vacation and mobile work options.
