Job Summary

As an IT Administrator at the Cyberagentur, you will play a vital role in securing Germany's digital sovereignty by managing the agency's internal IT infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include structured problem analysis, first-level user support, and the installation of hardware and software. You will be deeply involved in technical security operations, specifically supporting the implementation of BSI IT-Grundschutz, managing local firewall environments, and contributing to the development of SIEM systems and Exchange clusters. Required Skills

Education

  • Several years of professional experience required if applying with a vocational qualification (Fachinformatiker)
  • Practical experience in data center infrastructure and technical system management
