Job Summary

As a Supplier Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for securing the delivery quality of product-related components and parts. Your daily activities will involve preventive supplier development through Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and managing technical error management, including warranty processing. You will perform supplier risk assessments, conduct QM evaluations, and track defects within CAQ systems from the customer to the supplier level. A key part of the role involves moderating root cause analyses using 5-Why and Ishikawa methods to define and coordinate corrective actions with internal departments, customers, and suppliers. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

Several years of professional experience in quality management, specifically in supplier quality or supplier development
Professional experience as a Quality Manager, Auditor, or Quality Engineer
Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis and defining corrective measures
Practical experience using CAQ systems and Microsoft Office tools
