As the Head of Administration at the St. Josef facility in Munich, you will hold strategic and operational responsibility for the entire administrative department of a major long-term care provider. Your day-to-day role involves leading the administrative team, overseeing financial accounting, resident billing, and budget management. A key focus of this position is the development and implementation of a structured, audit-proof receivables management system and the optimization of internal processes through digitalization. You will act as a vital link between facility management, central services, and external partners such as authorities and auditors. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable senior administrative leadership role
- Proven experience in the healthcare or social services sector is highly preferred
- Extensive experience in building and optimizing administrative processes
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage teams effectively
- Solid background in household planning, accounting, and receivables management
