Job Summary

As a Professional System Engineer at the IT-Systemhaus of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) in Nuremberg, you will play a vital role in managing one of Germany's largest IT landscapes. Your daily responsibilities include the planning, administration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructures for approximately 180,000 networked workstations. You will focus on workplace products, ranging from PCs and notebooks to mobile devices and peripherals, ensuring high system availability and security. This role involves analyzing system requirements, troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues, and driving automation and standardization within the environment. Required Skills
