As the IT Manager for Austria and Switzerland, you will lead the local digital and IT strategy while aligning with global headquarters in Paris. You will be responsible for the organizational and technical leadership of diverse IT teams covering infrastructure, help desk, cybersecurity, and development. Your day-to-day involves managing budgets, steering local enterprise architecture, and promoting data-driven decision-making through the advancement of BI and analytics tools. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in an international environment and ensuring compliance, governance, and security across multiple regions. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University with a focus on Computer Science) or specialist training with corresponding further education.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing a team
- Several years of professional experience in IT administration and network solutions
- Extensive experience in IT security and digitalization projects
- Proven experience in managing international IT projects and stakeholder communication
