Job Summary
This leadership role involves spearheading the local Digital and IT strategy for Austria and Switzerland while aligning with global headquarters in Paris. As the head of the IT department, you will manage diverse teams across Infrastructure, Help Desk, Cyber Security, and Development, including offshore resources. Your daily responsibilities include budget coordination, steering local enterprise architecture, and ensuring robust IT governance and compliance. A significant part of the role focuses on fostering data-driven decision-making through the advancement of BI and Analytics tools. This position is particularly attractive for experienced IT leaders who enjoy a mix of strategic planning and hands-on management within an international framework. You will act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters across two countries, offering a high degree of responsibility and the opportunity to influence the digital landscape of a global organization.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education (Higher Technical Institute, University of Applied Sciences, or University) with a focus on Computer Science or equivalent specialist training with further qualifications.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing IT teams
- Multi-year professional experience in IT administration, network solutions, IT security, and digitalization
- Experience in international project collaboration and headquarters coordination
- Proven track record in budget coordination and strategic IT planning
