Job Summary
This leadership role involves managing the Human Resources and Training department for the State Office for Occupational Safety and Technical Safety (LAGetSi) in Berlin. You will be responsible for the personnel and technical management of the department, overseeing organizational workflows, and providing professional guidance and supervision to staff members. The position is unique for its structured transition period; a dual-occupancy phase is planned from June 2026 to November 2026 to ensure a comprehensive knowledge transfer before the official start in March 2027. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or FH Diploma in Public Administration, Public Management, or completion of the Administrative Training Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II). Must meet career law requirements for the second entry level of career group 2 in general administrative service.
Experience
- Professional experience in personnel matters and human resources management
- Experience in vocational training management, preferably within technical services or occupational safety
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or departmental head capacity
- Experience working within the Berlin state administration (Land Berlin)
