Job Summary

This role at the Institute for Federal Real Estate (BImA) involves actively managing and evolving the organization's Compliance Management System (CMS). Based in Bonn, you will be responsible for conducting compliance risk analyses, identifying corruption risks, and developing effective prevention measures across various departments. Day-to-day tasks include implementing central guidelines regarding gifts and rewards, investigating reports from the whistleblower system, and addressing issues related to the Money Laundering Act. You will also communicate compliance topics to employees in a clear and target-group-oriented manner. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Diploma FH/Bachelor) in Public Administration, Finance, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in compliance management, corruption prevention, and relevant legal frameworks
  • Experience in conducting and updating risk analyses and deriving preventive measures
  • Experience in clarifying facts related to whistleblower reports or suspected non-compliance
  • Experience in business process management and handling administrative forms/documentation
  • Proven ability to work independently, analytically, and creatively in a professional environment
