Job Summary
As a Senior EMM Analyst for the City of Frankfurt's IT department, you will play a critical role in networking over 15,000 employees using cutting-edge technology. Your daily responsibilities include the administration, monitoring, and operation of the city-wide Enterprise Mobility Management system, specifically utilizing BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management and BlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Server. You will handle 2nd level support, incident management, and the implementation of IT security measures according to BSI standards. This role is unique as it offers the stability of the public sector (TVöD E11) combined with the innovative atmosphere of a 'Stadt-Up' environment. You will draft technical concepts, manage system changes, and advise internal projects on operational requirements. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration with several years of experience, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional history.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in the operation of central IT systems and applications.
- Extensive experience with Enterprise Mobility Management systems, specifically BlackBerry environments.
- Proven experience in technical documentation and IT security implementation.
- Professional experience in 2nd level support and IT service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
- Experience in project work and project management methodologies.
- Experience in public administration is desirable but not mandatory.

- Must be willing to participate in on-call shifts outside of regular business hours. Location is Frankfurt am Main with options for mobile work/home office.
